Launched to complement traditional internships, our mission is to bridge the gap between work and community by creating meaningful connections for college students interning in the region. Through real-world experiences, networking events, professional development, and community engagement, we give interns the tools—and the inspiration—they need to see a long-term future here.

The process is simple: the interns get real-world experience in a multitude of fields while exploring potential career paths they may not have considered before, and the businesses get assistance with tasks that they don’t have the resources to complete on their own.
